About us

URMA CONTROLS was established by people with passion to industry. We have over 20 years of experienced in the field of mechanical installations, commissioning and services of machines. We have worked in many places around the world on many projects. We provide service and modifications of machines and its controls. We create programs for PLC/PAC controllers and HMI operation panels. We invite You for cooperation!

What we do

Automation

  • We write new and modify the current PLC / PAC controllers and HMI operator panels programs.
  • We have experience with controllers such as: Allan Bradley, Siemens or Fatek. Our automation engineers took part in the commissioning of the first curing presses in Europe with the latest safety standard DIN EN 16474.
  • We have experience in programming and commissioning of safety controllers, among others Sick, Allan Bradley or Siemens.
  • We make cabling of machines (we build cable routes, distribute wires and cables, connect all)
  • We make modernizations and build control cabinets
  • We commission the machines

Mechanical installations

We provide:

  • Comprehensive installation of the machine from unloading the truck / container to commissioning and delivering the producing machine to the customer
  • Preparation of foundations for machines (steel plates setting)
  • Installation of the main components / parts of the machine (so-called heavy installation – with a forklift or crane), and making the final installation
  • Installation of power hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Connecting media to the machine (nitrogen, steam, etc.)
  • Setting the machine geometry and regulating the hydraulics and pneumatics

Service

Good industry is one in which machine downtime due to failures is minimized. For our partners we provide:

  • Availability
  • Quick and accurate problem diagnosis
  • On-site troubleshooting and on-line support
  • Preventive inspections of machines
